Product Description
Melalite-Forte Cream is a depigmenting topical formulation containing Hydroquinone used for the treatment of hyperpigmentation disorders. It works by inhibiting melanin synthesis in the skin, thereby helping lighten dark patches, melasma, freckles, age spots, and post-inflammatory pigmentation. This cream promotes a more even skin tone with regular, controlled use. Composition

Uses
- Treats melasma and chloasma of the face and neck
- Lightens hyperpigmented skin patches and dark spots
- Reduces post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation following acne or injury

- Helps achieve a more uniform and even skin tone
How to Use?
- Cleanse the skin gently and pat dry
- Apply a thin layer of Melalite-Forte Cream to the affected area
- Use preferably at night and follow sun protection during the day
Dosage
Apply a thin layer to the affected hyperpigmented areas twice daily (morning and evening) for up to 12 weeks, or as directed by a physician
Safety Advice
- Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen SPF 30+ and use protective clothing during daytime to prevent repigmentation
- Perform a patch test on a small skin area before full application
- Avoid excessive sun exposure during treatment
- Use strictly under physician supervision and do not exceed recommended duration
Precautions
- Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to hydroquinone or any cream component
- Do not use on sunburned, irritated, or broken skin
- Avoid contact with eyes, nose, and mouth
- Discontinue if no improvement after 2-3 months of treatment
- Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Do not use in children under 12 years of age
- Avoid prolonged continuous use to prevent ochronosis
