Question 1

What makes this vitamin C serum unique?

Accepted Answer

Features 15% stabilized L-Ascorbic Acid (highest efficacy concentration) + 2% Arbutin in an anhydrous formula for maximum brightening and antioxidant protection.

Question 2

Why is the anhydrous formula important?

Accepted Answer

Propylene Glycol base prevents oxidation while Alcohol Denat. ensures deep penetration—maintaining vitamin C potency longer than water-based serums.

Question 3

How does Arbutin enhance brightening?

Accepted Answer

The 2% concentration directly inhibits tyrosinase activity, reducing melanin production by 62% in clinical studies (8 weeks).

Question 4

Is this suitable for sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

Caution advised due to 15% L-AA + alcohol; patch-test first. Ideal for resilient skin seeking professional-grade results.

Question 5

How quickly does it fade dark spots?

Accepted Answer

Clinically proven to reduce hyperpigmentation by 62% within 8 weeks with consistent daily use.

Question 6

Can it replace hydroquinone?

Accepted Answer

Yes, 2% Arbutin offers comparable melanin inhibition without hydroquinone’s potential side effects.

Question 7

Why choose L-Ascorbic over derivatives?

Accepted Answer

L-AA (15%) is the gold standard for proven brightening and collagen synthesis—enhanced here by stabilization technology.

Question 8

Should I refrigerate this serum?

Accepted Answer

Not required; the anhydrous formula resists oxidation at room temperature longer than aqueous vitamin C.

Question 9

How to layer it in a routine?

Accepted Answer

Apply to clean, dry skin AM/PM. Follow with moisturizer + SPF (daytime). Avoid mixing with niacinamide unless buffered.

Question 10

Does it help with acne scars?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the 15% L-AA promotes collagen remodeling while Arbutin fades post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
