Fusidic acid and Clotrimazole are antibiotics that act against various microorganisms like bacteria and fungi that invade the skin and cause infections. Mometasone, a corticosteroid, works by blocking prostaglandins production (chemical messengers) that make the affected area red, swollen, and itchy.
Swisscosmed Marinaderm-F Cream 10 gm is for topical (for skin) use only. Do not put a bandage or dressing on the affected area while treating with Swisscosmed Marinaderm-F Cream 10 gm unless the doctor advises. If the medicine gets into your eyes, nose or mouth, rinse with cold water. Do not apply Swisscosmed Marinaderm-F Cream 10 gm on open wounds, lesions, and blisters.
