  • What is Clinikally?

    Clinikally is a digital clinic for all your skin and hair concerns. Each treatment plan is customised by our experts to address your individual concern/s and the products recommended for you can be purchased at our online store.

  • How do I get my specific concern resolved?

    Your individual concerns can be addressed by Clinikally's team of expert dermatologists, that have years of experience dealing with skin and hair, through an online consultation. This can be done either with the help of our personalised treatment plan or through a video consultation.

  • What is a personalised treatment plan?

    COMING SOON: A personalised treatment plan is a quick and efficient way to access expert dermatological advice for your skin and hair. At Clinikally, we treat a wide array of concerns for skin and hair. Please see our areas for more details. Answer a few questions using our online assessment form, and our experts will put together your treatment plan for you. This will include advice to resolve your concern and products to be used. The products can be purchased from the Clinikally online store.

  • What is a video consultation?

    A video consultation is a face to face online consultation with a Clinikally expert dermatologist on video. You can book your video consultation at a date and time of your convenience. Our doctors are available for a video consult between 10am and 6pm, 7 days a week. A video consultation is especially advised in case you suffer from severe allergies or are pregnant. Specific medical concerns are also best dealt with through a video consultation.

  • How do I choose between a personalised treatment plan and a video consultation?

    Choose a video consultation if you would like to see a doctor face to face online or if you are pregnant, or have specific concerns like allergies or eczemas. This is because the doctor will need to see you virtually before they can recommend a treatment plan. However for most skin and hair concerns, you can opt for a personalised treatment plan. This factors in information and details that you provide in the assessment form and your personalised plan will be ready in minutes.

  • Can I choose a specific doctor?

    Since the availability of a specific doctor is determined by the number of online consultations already scheduled, you will not be able to choose a specific doctor.

  • What can I expect after I finish my consultation?

    After the completion of your consultation, you will receive an email from the doctor which will include your Clinikally prescription and a link to purchase recommended products to use. The recommended products can be purchased at the Clinikally online store and will be delivered to you free of charge.

  • What products are recommended for me?

    At Clinikally, all the products recommended by our dermatologists are primarily cosmeceuticals that are highly effective and have been used successfully to treat skin and hair concerns in the past. In fact, all the products available in the Clinikally store have been curated especially for their efficacy and ability to produce desired results.

  • What are Clinikally products?

    Clinikally products are unique premium cosmeceuticals formulated by our dermatologists after extensive research. All our products are manufactured in state of the art WHO-GMP certified manufacturing facilities using active ingredients which are pure, safe and highly effective. All Clinikally products are paraben, sulphate and cruelty-free.

  • What if I experience some irritation after using your products?

Shipping and returns


  • What is the cost of shipping?

    For all products purchased at Clinikally: Prepaid orders above ₹2000 are shipped to you FREE of cost. Orders below ₹2000 have an associated shipping fees of ₹50. Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping is chargeable at ₹99 per order, for which the order amount must be at least ₹750. For more information, please refer to Clinikally's shipping and refunds policy

  • How long will it take for the order to reach me?

    From the time of shipping, it will take about 3-5 days for your order to reach you. If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays. Note on COVID-19: Due to the overwhelming demand for our products across India, as well as modified practices by our shipping partners to keep their workforce and customers safe, you may experience slight delays in deliveries. If this is the case, we will inform you promptly.

  • What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

    We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at support@clinikally.com and we will try our best to resolve your issue.

  • Can I track my order once it is shipped?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our location in Delhi-NCR.

  • What is the return policy at Clinikally?

    If the product is eligible for return, you may write to us at support@clinikally.com within 7 days of delivery to request return and refund. Only products which are unused, undamaged, and unopened with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging only can be returned.

  • How are returns processed?

    Once your request for return is received via email, a pick up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Made an impulse purchase but want to get a video consult before? No worries! As a Clinikally customer, you can edit or cancel orders WITHIN 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding Saturday and Sunday) and if your order HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED. You can do this from the order status page (available after checkout and on your e-mail) and a separate order editing page. On both of these pages, once an order is marked as fulfilled or any fulfillment has been added to the order, you will see a message stating that the order can no longer be edited and canceled automatically. You can however, initiate a return by following the process listed in our refund policy.

  • How long does it take to receive a refund for a returned product?

    We will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.

  • Can I return part of my order?

    Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 10 days of delivery. Please refer to our return policy for more details.
