All you need to do is choose a time and date that works for you. Our doctors are available for consulting between 10 am and 6 pm, 7 days a week.
Consult online if you would like to see a doctor face to face or if you are pregnant, or have specific concerns like allergies or eczema. This is because the doctor will need to see you virtually before they can recommend a treatment plan for your skin. For most other skin and hair concerns, you can opt for a personalised treatment plan by selecting your concerns and choosing from the list of recommended products.
The availability of a specific doctor is determined by the number of online consultations already scheduled, so you will not be able to choose a specific doctor. This allows you to consult one of our top dermatologists as per the time and date of your choice.
After the completion of your consultation, you will receive an email from the doctor. The email will include your Clinikally prescription along with a link to purchase the recommended products to use. You can find them all on Clinikally's online store and get free delivery at your doorstep.

Shipping & Returns
For all products purchased at Clinikally: Prepaid orders above ₹599 are shipped to you FREE of cost. Orders equal to or below ₹599 have a shipping fees of ₹59 for all parts of India. Please note that additional ₹10 handling fees is applicable for all Cash on Delivery orders. For more information, please refer to Clinikally's shipping and refunds policy.
From the time of shipping, it will take about 3-4 days for your order to reach you. If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays. Note on COVID-19: Due to the overwhelming demand for our products across India, as well as modified practices by our shipping partners to keep their workforce and customers safe, you may experience slight delays in deliveries. If this is the case, we will inform you promptly.
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. In case the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at email@example.com and we'll resolve your issue at the soonest.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our location in Delhi-NCR.
If the product is eligible for return, you may write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of delivery to request return and refund. Only products that are unused, undamaged, and unopened with all labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging can be returned. You will be charged INR 300 in such case as shipping and handling charges. Please note that you will be required to send us an unboxing video of the products with Clinikally's seal/tape visible for initiating the return.
Aftering receiving the request for return via email, a pick-up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will arrive at the delivery location to pick up the item within 5-7 business days of receiving your return request. The item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.
Made an impulse purchase but want to get a video consult first? No worries! As a Clinikally customer, you can edit or cancel orders WITHIN 24 hours of confirmation of your order (excluding Saturday and Sunday) and if your order HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED. You can cancel your order from the order status page (available after checkout and on your e-mail) and a separate order editing page. On both of these pages, once an order is marked as fulfilled or any fulfillment has been added to the order, you will see a message stating that the order can no longer be edited and canceled automatically. In such a case, you can initiate a return of the order following delivery, by following the process listed in our refund policy.
We will refund the amount after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
